Next Book: FIRE WITHIN

Hello School of Work and Prayer Friends,

 

Last Sunday night the Hagens joined Susie and Donna at the Wessels house for an encouraging discussion about the salient points of PRAYER PRIMER.  Dubay's main point, and the one that I am taking to heart, is that living generously and virtuously is essential to growth into deep prayer.

 

At the end of our evening, those present all decided we want to read another book.  We settled on Dubay's book, FIRE WITHIN.  We will read the first two chapters before our next meeting at the Wessels on December 4th.

 

If you are hungry for heroic virtue and the fullness of God, read with us!  If you can't obtain a copy of FIRE WITHIN yourself, please tell me by this Friday and I will order copies from Ignatius Press.
